All Sales Are Final
Currently, all of our sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We are working toward implementing a more flexible return and refund system in the future. Any updates to our return and refund policies will be posted on our website and will apply to future orders.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Shipping Policy
Once an order has been shipped, the responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, damaged packages during transit, carrier errors, customs delays, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at checkout, including:

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer may be responsible for any shipping costs needed to resend the package.
