Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received and verified. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping address, contact information, and order details before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages resulting from carrier handling or delivery issues.
If you experience a shipping issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. While we will do our best to assist, when possible, we cannot guarantee carrier resolutions.
Shipping Address Changes
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request before the order is processed and shipped.
